this is my new favorite shopping place! Gotta say, its not cheap but it has everything you need & more in a local supermarket. Super friendly unpretentious well trained staff, clean/tidy & well organised shelves and really handy opening hours.

You need to read every use by date" carefully at this IGA. I have bought ice cream and found when I returned home the ice cream was no less than 4 months out dated! And yes I was sick as a result .I have had similar experiences with milk and feta cheese. In fact when I got sick on their ice cream and the manager did not have the decency to apologize or offer compensation.Making money from the locals but not taking the seriously the health risks involved with selling food in my opinion."

Sadly this shop appears to be winding down.The once amazing Fresh Deli and Take Away Counter has now been removed replaced with a few sad shelves with few offering.Apparently it is earmarked for demolition for high rise apartments, very sad.

Sure, I bought a pre packaged gourmet salad roll for around $10. I took a couple of bites into the half stale, half soggy roll which prompted me to look at the expiry date and it was off. I didn't bother coming back because I was busy.
